With guidance provided by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The American Academy of Ophthalmology and the State of NH, Laconia Eye at this time is only scheduling appointments with the patients that have a more urgent care problem.
To ensure safety for “you” our patient and our dedicated staff, we are increasing the time allotted for a visit for the proper sanitizing of each exam room after each visit. We ask that only caregivers be allowed in with you at the time of your appointment and please no children under the age of 12.
After you advise us by phone of your arrival you will have to wait in your car until you are called in by a technician. You must wear a mask which covers nose and mouth at all times while the building. If you do not have a proper mask one will be provided to you at the door.
All of our facilities adhere to the strict infection control policies which are in accordance to the CDC recommendations. The infection control cleaning schedule includes all high traffic areas, bathrooms, door handles, phones, pens and other frequently touched items. We will provide hand sanitizer, gloves, masks and of course social distancing as needed.
